Abstract
Endotracheal intubation has been used most widely for general anesthesia and resuscitation but it has many kinds of complications during, keeping it and after extubation.
We experienced a laryngeal web during tracheal intubation for laryngeal microsurgery despite of careful procedure. Even though no complications, such as recurrence and main stem bronchial obstruction, have been occurred in our case, it might be
thought
that performing anesthesia through tracheostomy is the safest method to complete resection web.
